What is Dozen Deals Rewards?
It's our free loyalty program. You earn points every time you buy wine with us, then use them for money off your next order. Great deals, made even better.
How do I join?
Just create a Dozen Deals account. You're automatically enrolled, and we'll add 2,000 bonus points to your balance. That's $20 off your first order.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is completely free.
How do I earn points?
You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on wine. That's 5% back on every order. Points are based on what you spend on wine after any discounts, not including shipping.
How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 off. So spend $200 on wine and you'll earn 1,000 points, which is $10 off your next order.
When will my points show up?
Points are added to your account as soon as you place your order. You'll find your balance in the Rewards panel or in your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, open the Rewards panel, and choose how many points you'd like to use. You'll get a discount code to use at checkout.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your referral link with a friend. They get a $25 coupon for their first order. Once they've placed that order, you get a $25 coupon too.
Can I use my referral coupon with other offers?
Yes, with some. Referral coupons can be combined with free or discounted shipping and they work on top of our already-discounted wine prices. They can't be combined with discounts that apply to your whole order, like site-wide percentage-off codes.
Can I use my points discount with other offers?
Not at the moment. Your points discount can't be combined with other discount codes or offers, so pick whichever gives you the better deal at checkout.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points never expire, so you can save them up for a bigger discount.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your Dozen Deals account. Your balance is shown in your account and in the Rewards panel on our site.
Will I earn points on orders I placed before joining?
Yes. If you check out as a guest, you'll still earn points on your order. Just create a Dozen Deals account using the same email to see them in your balance and start redeeming.
What happens to my points if I return or refund an order?
If an order is fully refunded, the points earned on it will be removed from your balance.
