A beautifully expressive cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc that captures the hallmark freshness and vibrancy of the Limestone Coast.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw colour with bright green hues, immediately संकेतting its lively, youthful character. The nose is lifted and aromatic, bursting with zesty lime, passionfruit and grapefruit, intertwined with notes of fresh-cut grass, gooseberry and subtle herbal lift.

On the palate, it’s crisp and energetic, delivering layers of citrus, green apple and tropical fruit, all wrapped around a spine of refreshing acidity. There’s a lovely balance between fruit intensity and finesse, with a clean mineral edge adding precision and drive.
