This is a beautifully layered Chardonnay, opening with aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus zest, complemented by subtle notes of toasted almond and vanilla. Flavours of ripe stone fruit, lemon curd and integrated oak flow seamlessly into a long, refined finish, underpinned by a delicate flinty minerality.

Winemaking:
Sourced from premium single vineyard fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested and gently whole-bunch pressed to preserve freshness and purity. Fermentation and maturation take place in French oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak to build complexity and structure. Lees stirring is employed throughout maturation to enhance texture, depth and overall richness, resulting in a Chardonnay of both precision and generosity
