Ladbroke Grove Limestone Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
From the limestone-rich soils of South Australia’s south-east, the 2021 Ladbroke Grove Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb example of regional elegance and balance.
Aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry and bay leaf lead into a palate layered with ripe cassis, cocoa and subtle oak spice. Medium to full-bodied, the wine shows fine, chalky tannins and a fresh line of acidity — hallmarks of the Limestone Coast’s cool maritime influence.
The 2021 vintage delivered near-perfect ripening conditions, producing fruit with excellent concentration and purity. The result is a vibrant, structured Cabernet that’s delicious now and will evolve gracefully over the next 5–7 years.
Perfect with roast lamb, grilled steak or aged cheddar.
Vinomasters Review
Blackcurrant and plum aromas with hints of mint and cedar. Medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and balanced acidity, providing structure and length. The palate shows dusty tannins, some savouriness and also the classic varietal Cabernet characters with dark fruits and subtle oak, finishing dry and structured.
