Tasting Notes
Deep crimson in the glass with lifted aromas of blackberry, plum and dark cherry, layered with dark chocolate, liquorice and savoury spice. The palate is bold and expressive, packed with ripe black fruit, hints of mocha and well-integrated oak. Silky tannins carry through to a long, smooth, confident finish.
There is a very long finish here, with fine tannins evident. A powerful, concentrated style which will drink impressively for at least the next ten to fifteen years. - KG
