Coonawarra is famed for producing some of Australia’s most refined and age-worthy red wines, and this Ultra Premium Shiraz 2020 is a textbook expression of the region. Grown on classic terra rossa soils over limestone, the vines deliver naturally low yields, concentrating flavour while retaining the hallmark Coonawarra freshness and structure.

The 2020 vintage produced small crops with exceptional flavour intensity — resulting in a Shiraz that balances dark berry richness with elegant savoury detail.

Tasting Notes:
Deep crimson in the glass. Aromas of black cherry, mulberry and blueberry, layered with white pepper, cocoa, cedar and earthy spice. The palate is medium-to-full bodied, offering pure dark fruit, fine chalky tannins and a long, poised finish. Oak is beautifully integrated, framing the fruit without overpowering it.
