We've secured a limited parcel of Premium McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 from a highly regarded producer who can't be named. Hidden behind a secret label is a wine that showcases everything that makes McLaren Vale one of Australia's premier red wine regions.

The nose is filled with classic aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum, complemented by layers of cedar, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate and subtle French oak. Rich and full-bodied, the palate delivers concentrated black fruit flavours, beautifully integrated tannins and exceptional balance, finishing long, smooth and refined.

The outstanding 2021 vintage produced Cabernet Sauvignons of remarkable purity, depth and structure, making this an excellent wine to enjoy now or cellar for years to come.
